1. Scope of these terms and conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and products from x-level GmbH. Counter-confirmations by the customer with reference to his own business or purchasing conditions are hereby rejected. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if they have been confirmed in writing by x-level GmbH. Private customer in the sense of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. A business customer is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

3. Prices, packaging and shipping

The prices valid on the day of the customer’s order apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All prices include VAT. All packaging (pallet, film, cardboard) becomes the property of the customer. x-level GmbH delivers curb-bound to your home or delivery address. For deliveries within Switzerland x-level GmbH a shipping and packaging flat rate will be charged. The corresponding costs can be seen on the current price list. For deliveries to other countries, we would be happy to prepare a personal offer for the transport. For orders from abroad, the invoice is issued with proof of VAT. 4. Order

The information required for the order must be given correctly and truthfully. The order is binding.

The delivery of the purchased item is possible after an express agreement with our customers either by picking it up or by delivery. The delivery is carried out by the freight forwarder / courier or ourselves. The delivery costs, which are fully borne by the customer, include the costs for the delivery of the purchased item up to the delivery address specified in the order confirmation (curbside). 7. Delay in delivery

12. Final provisions

These general terms and conditions contain all rights and obligations of the contracting parties.
