The type Bellus holder combines function and design in a new way. The stylish construction is a resolute continuation of the design. This stand is made of solid sheet metal and can be either either corroded or painted. The box base can be well anchored.
The stand can be personalized with personal inscriptions and become a unique creation. Various designs can be chosen for laser cuts. You can choose between brief or more detailed inscription. It is also possible to cut out only the house number in a filling size, so the visitor can see the house number in the best possible way. You can also add a company logo or symbol. Please contact us to realize almost every of your wishes. All colors are at your choice for the painting. For this we simply need a RAL or NCS code. The painting consists of a resistant powder coating. You will receive a plan with all relevant details for approval.

The design concept of the Bellus mailbox also covers apartment buildings. In general all possible arrangements can be realized. The standard variants are configurations of 2 which are arranged vertically and horizontally. Ideal for terraced houses, duplex houses or office and private building combinations. With their timeless design, the conform mailboxes perfectly complement any multi party solution. Various prefabricated design variants are available for the laser inscriptions. Individual wishes can be realized on request. The same applies to the choice of colors. In general all RAL and NCS colors can be realized. The availability of the paint suppliers must be clarified individually.

Measurements Stand Bellus
The stand Bellus is made of solid steel. The box itself is mounted at the height suggested by the Swiss postal services. The radius of the designer mailbox determines the outer contour of the Bellus stand. This is also defined by the length of the box. This stand has an enormous weight due to the large amount of steel. A firm base is therefore useful for this stand solution.

If you like it straightforward, the stand Bellus can be ordered without laser cut. The contrast of the chrome steel to the side wall in corroded steel, exerts its full charm in this case.
Number
As explained, you may have cut your house or street number on the stand type „Bellus“. There are 3 characters available, which are cut horizontally in the middle. As you can see in the drawing, the 3 characters define the dimensions, so that the width of the postbox stand is optimally used. In addition, you can choose whether you want to have this cut on the left, the right or both sides.
Name short and long
If you would like to have your family name, street name or even the name of your company in the Bellus on your mailbox or the stand, you have two options: Name short up to 8 characters or long up to 16 characters. In both variants, the vertical arrangement allows you to create your own individual inscription. In addition, you can choose whether you would prefer to have this lettering on the left, the right or both sides of the stand.

You can also select a two line variant in the configurator. A total of 16 characters is available here. As with the other options, you can also select the desired sides for the laser cut.

Model with stand Brevis
Model „Brevis“ is a simple and elegant stand solution. It impresses with its sleek yet robust contour. Made of solid flat steel, this stand is made for eternity. The welded construction brings out the shape and form of the design mailbox. „Brevis“ is available in various colors, untreated or corroded. The dimensions of „Brevis“ can be found in the next section.
The Brevis variant can also be ordered with a laser inscription. Details of the dimensions of the inscription are specified further below. The laser inscription is offered in various fonts and configurations. The stand type Brevis thus becomes your personal unique creation. Here it is also possible to laser cut your company logo or any other design. Both sides are available. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you. If you choose a laser inscription, you will receive a plan for approval after the specification. After your consent the implementation begins. If for example the chosen font does not quite suit you, the design can be adapted. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Ideally, the fastening of the stand is screwed to a foundation. A base according to the specifications is sufficient for this. After the mailbox has been aligned and the drill holes have been made, the threaded sleeves are driven in and the box is assembled. Of course, the threaded sleeves and the fixing material are supplied with the postbox.

The Brevis model is also offered for multiple parties. Two preconfigured solutions are available as standard. The solution duplex vertically and duplex horizontally. A noble and elegant mail system for two recipients. Due to the narrow shape of the stand, the focus on the high quality, elegant design boxes is enhanced. As with the Bellus variants, laser inscriptions can also be realized here. There are hardly any limits to the design freedom. In addition to preconfigured inscription variations, individual laser cuts can also be realized.

Due to the weight of the design mailbox and the slim profile of the „Brevis“ post, it is necessary to fix it to the foundation or the ground. The type „Baia“ holder is identical to „Bellus“ in terms of workmanship and functionality. This stand is also made of solid sheet metal and can be either corroded or powder coated. The angular edges of the Baia variant serves customers looking for a cubic design. Contemporary design, in particular, makes use of cubic structural elements, and the Baia integrates perfectly into this.
As with the „Bellus“ variant, the „Baia“ stand can be customized with personal inscriptions, making it unique. A shorter or a more detailed laser inscription is available. The house number can also be lasered in the desired size well visible for visitors. There is plenty of space to laser logos, figures or symbols into your postbox stand. You will always receive a plan for your approval.
The coating can be done in any color. Just provide a RAL or NCS code. Paints are subject to the availability of the suppliers.

The „Baia“ is also offered for multi party use. Furthermore, two preconfigured solutions are available as standard in the program. The vertical solution and the horizontal solution with both 2 units. An elegant and stylish letterbox system for two recipients. The surfaces offer plenty of space for individual laser inscriptions. There are almost no limits to the freedom of design. Fonts
The following overview shows all possible laser cut fonts that are available for your personalized stand. You can easily select these from a drop down menu when purchasing. Please note that the proportions of the font may vary depending on the combination of selected font and selected text. It is rare that if the struts or bars of a small selected font are narrow, something may not be realized if the text is too small. In this case we would suggest an alternative.
After purchase, you will receive a plan of your personal letter box for your review. If the design mailbox meets your expectations, it will be released for manufacturing. Since each stand is a custom made product, there is a production time of up to 7 – 9 weeks. If you need a quicker solution, there is the possibility of a temporary after clarification.
Stand colors
Rust
The corroded version, commonly known as „rust“, offers a nice contrast to the plain chrome steel surface of the mailbox. In order to achieve the desired rust effect on receipt, the surface is treated and only then does nature complete the individual rust pattern. The corrosion itself is harmless for the mounting. It cannot harm the massive strength of the steel. No corroded surface is the same. A unique piece made by nature.
Anthracite
The default color for the stands is anthracite (RAL 7016). This dark warm grey is a matching choice to the stainless steel of the box. In this version the stand is first sand blasted, then cleaned and finally powder coated in anthracite. After baking the paint, the steel is immune to any environmental influences. The corrosion not desired here, has no chance.
Pearl mouse grey
The second default color for the stands is pearl mouse grey (RAL 7048). For all those for whom the anthracite is too dark, the pearl mouse grey is an excellent alternative. Also with this color the stand is first sandblasted, cleaned and then powder coated in pearl mouse grey. Here the same, the color is baked into the steel and becomes resistant to corrosion.
Individual
Of course you can get the stand in any color you wish. The entire range of the RAL spectrum is at your disposal. Suitable for your house, your garage or your garden design. Just give us the RAL code and we will have the stand coated according to your wishes. Due to the neutral appearance of the postbox, it will match any color.

Labeling
Name tag
When labeling the letter box, two lines are available. The inscription is carried out according to postal standards and is applied directly to the surface. The precisely fitting contour cut makes the lettering part of the overall design and fits perfectly into the final layout. By using a high quality special foil, even a later adaptation of the name is no problem. There are 16 digits available per line. The name tags are produced in the classic Comforta font. The inscription is an including service in the price of the complete product.
No advertisement
On request, an additional inscription against advertising can be applied to your postbox. This is discreetly and unobtrusively designed and is fitted on the left front side of the box. The adhesive is not printed but contour cut and therefore resists the elements to a great extent.
Lock types
A high quality rotary bolt lock is fitted as standard. This is robust and is supplied with 2 keys.
If you want to use the same key as in your home, the cylinders of the following manufacturers can be installed without any problems:
- Keso
- KABA
- Sea
- DOM
You can select this option in the shop and your final product will be delivered with the required recess. After ordering we will inform you about the appropriate article number of the cylinder and bolt (not included).
Of course you can also tell us the locking code and we will deliver the letter box ready for use with the matching lock. The cost of the lock will be passed on one to one.
x-level.ch also offers you help if you want to install a solution other than Keso, KABA, SEO or DOM in your stainless steel letterbox.

Mounting instructions for freestanding solution
In order to mount the freestanding boxes of x-level.ch reliably on the ground, a foundation is preferably created. This should have the dimensions of 50x50cm and a depth of 30-60 cm. The concrete layer for the freestanding mailbox should be at least 25 cm and underneath there can be a rough gravel of about 10 cm. Ideally, you should place the mailbox on the foundation first and align it. When the placement of the stand fits, mark the drill holes. The drill diameter must be 12 mm for the supplied dowels. Screws and dowels are supplied with the letter box.
If necessary, consult a specialist for professional fitting of the design mailbox.
General information
The designer pulp box protects the mail from rain. Please make sure that in case of free standing boxes the insertion side is ideally turned away from the weather side. In this way, water is prevented from entering the letter box.
Maintenance
Please maintain your mailbox, especially when it is dirty or exposed to harsh environmental influences (e.g. road salt in winter). This will guarantee a sustainable durability. The powder coated surfaces as well as all other surfaces are to be cleaned with warm water with the addition of household cleaners. Stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned and maintained with the stainless steel cleaners from your kitchen. Please do not use any mechanically acting or oxide dissolving care products. These attack the anodized layers and destroy the surfaces. Door hinges and locks should be treated with lubricants twice a year.

Warranty
X-Level GmbH grants a warranty of 12 months on all components. The warranty period starts with the delivery date. During this period, we will repair all defects that can be proven to be due to material and manufacturing faults and that impair the function. Excluded from the warranty are damage caused by disregarding the instructions, improper handling, vandalism or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the product is tampered by unauthorized persons. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper transport, installation or use.

In what colours are the designer mailbox stands available?
Are the mailbox stands painted?
- Mechanically resilient: The tough powder coating remains dynamic and less likely to crack.
- Resistant to weathering: The thermo elastic powder only hardens completely after many years, and therefore becomes brittle late and can withstand the weather for a long time.

For the purchase and installation of the house mailbox, certain specifications regarding location and dimensions must be observed. Please contact your post customer service so that they can assist you in choosing the right location for your mailbox.
Location
The property owner is responsible for ensuring that a freely accessible mailbox with a letterbox and storage compartment is set up for each delivery address.
- One family and two family houses, terraced houses, groups of houses: Place the letterbox at the boundary of the property when accessing the house or group of houses. Select the location closest to the street used by the delivery service.
- Apartment buildings: apartment buildings are houses with more than two households. Here, the mailboxes can be placed near the house entrances. They must be freely accessible (not behind a locked entrance door) and easily accessible from the street. Choose a place that is bright, if possible next to the bell device. If there are several mailboxes for the same house, a single location should be chosen.
- Ferien- und Wochenendhäuser: Holiday and weekend homes: The post office can designate a central mailbox location as the delivery point on the driveway or in groups of houses.
Please check any regulations with your local authorities, if outside Switzerland.
Are custom made designs also realised?
In general, no adjustments can be made to the mailbox, as it is always produced in advance. But also here nothing is impossible.

How does the mailbox order usually work?
- You configure your individual mailbox in our online shop. If you have any questions you can contact us at any time using the contact form.
- Once your order is placed, you will usually receive the 3D visualization of your mailbox within 24 hours. If you have any change requests, you can now discuss them with us.
- After the visualization we wait for your approval. Then your individual mailbox will be produced. This usually takes between 5 and 7 weeks./li>
- You will be informed as soon as the mailbox has been manufactured and assembled. So that a smooth dispatch of the goods is possible.
- Now you only have to receive your mailbox.
